Senior Vice President – Business DevelopmentLindsay (LT) brings over 30 years of banking industry experience to Hometown Bank. He focuses on developing and creating awareness of Hometown’s products and services along with growing business banking relationships in Northeast Wisconsin. By collaborating with strategic partners in business banking, treasury management, retail and mortgage lending, LT delivers a proactive banking relationship as only a local community bank can. He is skilled in sales management, business banking, retail, customer relationship management, team building and community outreach. LT loves volunteering his time and belongs to nonprofit organizations throughout the local communities. This includes the Volunteer Center of Brown County, The Salvation Army of Brown County, NeighborWorks Green Bay, Happily Ever After Animal Sanctuary and Curative Connections of Green Bay. He has written several articles for local publications in regard to making volunteerism/active community involvement a priority and highlights the positive effects it brings to both the employee and employer. Lindsay is a graduate of University of Minnesota-Duluth, where he earned a degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing and sales. He played college football and is a proud UMD Bulldog alum. He loves animals and enjoys travel, sports, exercise and being outdoors. LT resides in Green Bay with his devoted dog, MurphyT.
